Been to all 3 locations, but rarely go to any of them because espresso does not taste good, specifically the Americano drink. Other reviewers have suggested what the issues are and possible causes; I don't know enough to do that. Other local Coffee shops make quality espresso drinks and I can taste the quality. And they taste great. It's a shame because I love the atmosphere and decor here. I gave 3 stars, one for great service, one for great atmosphere and one for great breakfast sandwich (even though English muffin used rather than quality roll).

I really want to love this coffeehouse—the atmosphere, both at the mall location and in Bethlehem, is great. However, the drinks simply haven't matched the quality promised by their branding to craft special, intentional coffee. Having tried both locations, I often get better experience in Bethlehem. The coffee flavor in Whitehall consistently feels diluted. It gets completely lost under the milk and ice in cold drinks, and even their hot lattes suffer from a weak espresso taste. On top of that, the syrup preparation needs work. In cold drinks, the syrups aren't mixed into the hot espresso before adding cold milk, leaving the sweet flavor sitting unmixed at the bottom of the cup. Even when you do catch the flavor, the syrups themselves aren't very strong. Sourcing and roasting great beans in-house is an awesome goal, but the barista execution behind the bar needs to match that standard. Right now, the drinks feel rushed and lack the care promised in their mission. Hoping to see better consistency and stronger espresso pulls in the future, as the potential is definitely there.

Josh was the best barista/manager ever. My wife got a Vanilla Latte with Maple Syrup and Chocolate Croissant and loved both!

According to my kid, the honey lavender latte was "Amazing!" The workers were nice and when we ordered they made it very fast. My kid was slurping down the iced honey lavender latte in no time. The espresso was great, but nitro cold brew wasn't as bold as I'd prefer. The vibes were cool and calm. It was super easy to hear and have conversations. Lots of good art all around the whole shop.
